New Tuesday Night Boot Camp

I am launching a new Tuesday evening fitness class for both men and women of all abilities. Classes will be in Bedford Park starting promptly at 6pm and run for 1 hour. These classes have been uniquely designed so no matter what level of fitness you have, from beginner to advanced, you will achieve maximum benefits. We achieve this by giving everyone their own individual zone to work in at your own pace. I will be on hand to provide advice and guidance on the latest scientifically proven techniques to maximize your results.

All you need to bring with you is £5 per session (pay as you go) water and a towel.
