Adam’s exclusive new gym is a new style of specialist weight loss gym for clients that need that extra bit of motivation to help lose weight and tone up. Bedford’s very own celebrity personal trainer, Adam Cochrane will be using the same style programs he has successfully used with his celebrity clients, including Hannah Waterman, Katy Hill and most recently Samantha Janus.
The reason most people fail at fitness is the lack of dedication to clients by gyms and trainers regarding successful fat loss training. Most people are being cheated by their gyms and their trainers when it comes to weight loss training. Far too many trainers using core conditioning and weight training for virtually the entire session! The reason the vast majority of people hire a Personal Trainer is to lose weight, so why do so many trainers waste so much time on core conditioning and weights?
Adam strongly believes they simply do not have the motivation skills to push people where they are training at a significant heart rate to lose weight. Core Conditioning and weights do have a part to play in a training program but compared to interval training they are largely ineffective in losing weight.
In the new Adam Cochrane Fitness Gym we will be creating a great motivational environment, it is a very personal gym with a maximum of 4 people training at any one time. Using our scientifically proven interval training techniques you will be working hard, pushing yourself for 30 to 90 seconds and then rest period for active recovery - this is the period we use for doing core exercises or weights to help calm your heart rate - this is how you really burn calories both during the exercise and for hours after!!
