It is important that parents take their kids health and fitness seriously to ensure that good habits are formed and maintained throughout their lives.
Although schools include fitness programs, most do not provide enough exercise for optimal health and fitness. Ideally kids should get at least 1 hours exercise most days of the week, but in reality the majority fall very short of this recommendation.
The all new Adam Cochrane Fitness Academy is now here to help. Your kids can now benefit from weight loss and fitness programs run by personal trainers and designed to improve overall health and fitness while maintaining an element of fun. Adam Cochrane Fitness Academy trainers also understand the importance of nutrition and will advise on making healthy food choices to optimise growing bodies and instil positive body image.
Ultimately Adam Cochrane Fitness Academy can offer a safe and friendly environment for your children to develop good health and fitness habits that will endure through to adulthood.
We will be launching The Academy in Bedford Park to run through the 2011 Summer holidays. Running Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays starting at 10am or 12noon depending on age. Places are limited so please fill in the below form to register your interest.
