I’ve trained 100′s of people over the last 10 years, from busy or working mums to Sports people and high flyers, this has given me a wide spectrum of personalities to work with, so I fully understand the need to train men and women differently, although the goals may be similar, the way to achieve them will be very different and I guarantee you will still be smiling by the end of the session.
