Adam Cochrane On BBC Radio
In August 2015 I was approached by BBC Three Counties Radio to be interviewed regarding a recent study by Cambridge University. The study of over 334,000 European men and women found that twice as many deaths may be attributable to lack of physical activity compared with the number of deaths attributable to obesity. However, just a brisk 20 minute walk each day could be enough to reduce an individual’s risk of early death. A more detailed account of the study can be found by going to. http://www.cam.ac.uk/research/news/lack-of-exercise-responsible-for-twice-as-many-deaths-as-obesity
The video above is of my interview regarding these findings and as exercise as a whole. It was a honour to be selected by the BBC to talk on this matter and I hope you find the video informative. Should you need any help with your exercise then please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I have a private personal training studio in Bedford, Bedfordshire and have trained everyone from those in business to busy mums and even celebrities.
I promise my training will help you achieve your goals.
